Our office purchased our first copy machine from Donnie and Brian at IDC Office Products in 1999.  In 2010 we purchased our most recent Copystar copier from IDC.  These machines have functioned in a very satisfactory manner and we have experienced very few problems and almost no down-time at all.  The IDC guys could not have been easier to work withduring the purchases, and maintenance and service could not have been any better either.  Response time and availability are excellent on the very few occasions it has been needed.  Our Copystar copier has integrated quite nicely into our office network, with  printing, scanning and faxing options from all work stations.

I would strongly recommend IDC Office Products, to any business considering a copier/printer acquisition.
